Kelly Schexnaildre is a seasoned entrepreneur and guide with over a decade of experience building and scaling businesses. Born and raised in Louisiana, Kelly grew up surrounded by world-class cuisine, sparking a lifelong passion for food, innovation, and bold ideas.

At 26, Kelly founded Merfs Condiments and scaled it from kitchen hot sauce experiments into a company serving more than 700 restaurants and retail locations nationwide. Along the way, they built a commercial manufacturing facility from the ground up, mastered cold call sales, and grew Merfs into a beloved brand known for bold flavors and strong operations. That journey gave Kelly firsthand expertise in product development, food service operations, business strategy, and navigating the high-stakes realities of growth.
